A further function is the consultation in conceptional and technical issues of the German-Polish youth exchange as well as the information about the respective partner country.
Each year, the Jugendwerk organises roughly 3,000 youth exchanges. Thus far, roughly 2.7 million young people took part in nearly 70,000 projects created and implemented by the DPJW.
The committed team at the DPJW consists of countless organisers and helpers, including teachers, advisors and instructors working in the fields of culture and sport. The organisation also enjoys the support of thousands of parents eager for their kids to engage in meaningful exchange between Germany and Poland.
