The post of Bulgaria launched its versions of Postal Vehicles EUROPA common stamp issue. This year the EUROPA issue celebrates PostEurop's 20th anniversary.
Two stamps and a souvenir sheet featuring Bulgarian postal vans were designed by Bulgarian artist Emilian Stankev.
