Ukrpochta has put into circulation a postal block "Generous Ukraine. Autumn".

The new postal block is a continuation of the series "Generous Ukraine. Spring"and "Generous Ukraine. Summer" by the artist Natalia Kokhal. She had this artistic vision to portray Ukraine as women who symbolize seasons: spring, summer, autumn and winter.

Two art blocks had already been issued, now it's the autumn girl's turn.

The block "Generous Ukraine. Autumn" consists of four stamps depicting autumn generosities of the Ukrainian land: rowan (Sorbus aucuparia), watermelon (Sitrullus lanatus), dahlia (Dahlia) and penny bun (Boletus edulis).

Satisfying primarily industrial needs, at the same time Ukrpochtais trying to gain sympathyof collectors. Postage stamps are not only an essential part of correspondence, but also a symbol of sovereignty and country's prestige. The postal block "Generous Ukraine. Autumn" made in the best traditions of the "Generous Ukraine"series should take the leading role in the collections of Ukrainian philatelists.

By the way,the blocks by Natalia Kokhal "Generous Ukraine. Spring"and "Generous Ukraine. Summer" were selected winners of the "Best Ukrainian stamp" in 2011 and 2012 by the nationwide voting.
