Australia Post releases latest Olympic stamp
The four members of Australia's victorious women's freestyle relay team are the latest Olympians to feature on a stamp. Stephanie Rice, Bronte Barratt, Kylie Palmer and Linda Mackenzie grabbed the gold at the Beijing Olympics yesterday, beating the Chinese and American teams in world record time. Stamp of approval for man's best friend
Man's best friend is about to get a friendly lick from millions of Australians, as five of the nation's most popular dogs feature on a new stamp collection. The stamps will go on sale today. The dog breeds featured in the series are: the German shepherd, Australian cattle dog, beagle, border collie and labrador. Each stamp is worth 50c.
Queen's Birthday 2008
