Victoria Azarenka and Maxim Mirny to be commemorated on Byelorussian stamps

The Post of the Republic of Belarus issued two stamps to commemorate two leaders of Byelorussian tennis – Victoria Azarenka and Maxim Mirny. The stamps are called "Tennis. Victoria Azaranka" and "Tennis. Maxim Mirny" correspondingly. They also bear the emblem of the Belarusian Tennis Federation.

Victoria Azaranka and Maxim Mirny became Olympic Champions in the mixed-duo at the London 2012 Olympic Games.

Victoria Azarenka (born 31.07.1989) is the Honored Master of Sports of Belarus (2010). She was awarded the Order of the Motherland III Class (2012). She held the world singles ranking for 51 weeks.

Maxim Mirny (born 06.07.1977) is the Honored Master of Sports of Belarus (2001). He held the world doubles ranking for 15 weeks.
