12 Kr. Green stamps, Germany

A unique piece featuring a horizontal strip of four 12 Kr. Green stamps, with a 13.5 mm wide gutter on the left and a gutter extension along the full length. The stamps have full margins, with slight wrinkles on the left stamp and a tiny pre-separation cut on the lower right corner of the right stamp. This unit is very rare, with the gutter extension making it truly one-of-a-kind. No complete gutter pair or additional gutter extension of this stamp has been registered. Certificates from Brettl and Schmitt attest to its authenticity. This piece has been cataloged since 1963. Estimated price: 3,500 EUR.

Closed millwheel postmark

A nearly comprehensive collection featuring the closed millwheel postmark with approximately 600 different sequential numbers ranging from "1" to "606". These postmarks are predominantly found on stamps numbered between 2 and 5 in the Michel catalog (including varieties like no. 2 I and 4 I), indicating they are mostly from the initial distribution. The postmarks are consistently clear, centered, and often appear on exceptionally beautiful stamps of outstanding quality. Estimated price: 10,500 EUR.

5 pfg Luitpold

5 Pfg. Luitpold, 15-time stamp booklet sheet (advertisement "Kräuterbitter"), stamp booklet pane 3.3 Mint never hinged; once folded in the middle, it had a tiny, attached patch in the corner and a portion of the margin missing at the bottom. Despite this, it is extremely rare and was valued by Michel without a valuation. Michel is responsible for the specific hinge. Here, on pages 9750,-, mint was never hinged! Estimated price: 3,500 EUR.

4 Sch. Red-brown/black with the town cancellation "Bergedorf"

4 Sch. Red-brown/black with the town cancellation "Bergedorf" alone. The stamp is fully enclosed on all sides, with the majority of the margins being wide. They indicate minor flaws in the paper's structure, which are negligible when one considers its rarity.

The current piece of a form two known genuine cancelled 4 Shilling values with town cancel, certificates Mozek, Jakubek, comes after the pair the no. 5 from the Boker-collection with town cancel to be a double-dealer might. Estimated price: 3,500 EUR.

King Friderick William IV stamps

1 Sgr. Carmine on octagon reprint postal stationery (with a small margin line clipped). With a framed cancel of three lines "Sulzbach government Bez. Trier", dated 20.12.1864, to Strasbourg, 6 Sgr. Green is in excellent entire maintenance. Reprints from 1864 that were initially still eligible for postage eventually started to be used, albeit arbitrarily. The reprints can be distinguished from the original octagons by their slightly altered color and missing silk thread. These reprints of octagon postal stationery are the result of an initiative by Ferdinand Elb, a dealer of Dresdner stamps, who saw a boom in the collector market and intended to fill the void left by items that were out of print. King Friderick William IV 1sg rose stamp and Sechs Silver Groschen, green. Estimated price: 10,000 EUR.

Frederick Augustus II stamps

Frederick Augustus II 3 ngr. Horizontal, well-margined, black/yellow strip of five stamps, each with a distinct, centered NS "17" (Glauchau). A single stamp has a tiny crack and wrinkles, while the right stamp has two glue creases that are ornamental and require no upkeep at all!

This stamp is the only known strip of five! Ex Opitz, tightly signed by Brettl, Pröschold, and Vaatz certificate. Estimated price: 3,500 EUR.
