2. your uploaded photo for Search by Photo function
3. exact time and date of every text or photo search
4. your IP-address, general device info (it's type and OS, browser version), and EXIF info during the search, during the registration process, and when you are contacting us via the Contact Form
5. your registered email, password and payment history (for registered users only)

We use this information to verify if the service recognizes your stamps correctly or if the stamps are not in the databases and should be added there, to correctly identify you, to investigate service technical issues, to communicate with you, and provide you with customer support. We also use this contact information for accounting and administrative purposes, for transactional emails including service and billing notifications.

Customers that purchase a paid subscription provide our payment processor with billing details such as credit or debit card information, banking information, and billing addresses. When you purchase a subscription, we receive only partial information your email and transaction details, and FindYourStampsValue.com doesn’t store cardholder information on our servers.

We use your payment information in order to manage your subscription.

 

Device information and log data

We do not store any information about your device except general device info (it's type and OS, browser version)

 

Support information

When you reach out to FindYourStampsValue.com, you will contact us through either through the third-party email service or payment processor. The information you provide to our team, including any images your attach, is saved as part of your support history.

You can also contact our customer support to have be removed from our promotional contact list. • You have the right to access and edit your profile and billing information at any time. To update your information, log in to your FindYourStampsValue.com account and or payment processor account. If you require assistance, please contact us.

Right to be forgotten

You have the right to be forgotten which means that, at any time, you can request that FindYourStampsValue.com permanently delete all data records and logs, emails or text and photo search requests, payment all the other information. In these cases we will need to retain partial information to fulfil our responsibilities before the payment processor.

Access under 16 years of age

Our services are not directed at children. Furthermore, we do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 16 years of age, unless consent is given or authorised by the holder of parental responsibility over the child. If we become aware that someone under 16 has provided us with personal details, we will take steps to delete such information. If you become aware that a child has unlawfully or unwittingly provided us with personal data, please contact us through the contact form.

Request to stop using your information

Even if you have previously consented to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, you have the right, at any time, to change your mind and object to the collection, use, and processing of your personal information.
