Japan Post, aiming to promote culture and science, issues new "Zodiac" stamps. The stamps depict constellations of Libra, Scorpio, Sagittarius, House, Aquila, Cygnus, Hercules, Ophiuchus Serpens, Delphinus and Fish Hook.
