21. The Official Stamp of Olympic and Paralympic Games in Paris 2024 stamp (Release: April 5th, 2024)
This stamp, issued in 800,000 copies, honors this great Olympic and Paralympic event. It comes to celebrate Olympism and the City of Light once again embodied by Paris 2024, a century after the 1924 Summer Olympic Games.
The stamp takes root in the heritage and sports identity imagined for Paris 2024: the meeting of a city and the sports that seize it, transforming it into a real playground.
22. Spring Philatelic Fair stamp / Salon Philatélique du Printemps Salon de Provence timbre (Release: April 6, 2024)
La Poste issued a stamp on the occasion of the Spring Philatelic Fair. The stamp illustrates three monuments of the city of Salon-de-Provence. From left to right: the Clock Tower, the Empéri castle, and the Moussue Fountain.
23. The Treasures of Notre-Dame stamp / Trésors de Notre Dame timbre (Release: April 15, 2024)
Initiated in 2020, this series highlights the treasures, riches and heritage of the famous cathedral during the entire period of its reconstruction.
24. Horse Factor and His Ideal Palace stamp / Le Facteur Cheval et Son Palais Idéal timbre (Release: April 22, 2024)
Joseph Ferdinand Cheval, better known as the Horse factor, born on April 19, 1836 in Charmes-sur-l'herbasse (Drôme) and died on August 19, 1924 in Hauterives (Drôme), is a French factor famous for having spent 33 years of his life building a monument that he calls the "Ideal Palace". He also spent another eight years building his own tomb.
